1. Is there any difference in buying cosee products online from sleepcosee.com and buying them on Amazon?
If you are shopping through Amazon, you can't get price discounts by using our COUPON Code. But make sure you are subscribed to our mail list in order to receive them.
2. Is GST included in the price?
Yes, the prices that you see on our website are inclusive of GST.
3. Will I receive an invoice while placing an order?
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Later your invoice will be mailed and sent along with the product during dispatch.
4. What kind of payment modes do you accept?
We accept payments from all modern gateways which includes cards, UPI, NetBanking, and Wallets.
5. How can I cancel my order?
You need to get in touch with our customer support to have your orders cancelled. We understand if you change your mind and request cancellation of the product before it gets dispatched. 6. Cash On Delivery option available?
Yes, we support Cash-On-Delivery but only on certain selected pincodes.
6. Can I exchange my products after I've purchased them?
You can exchange the products after the purchase provided that it stays in its original packaging.
7. Can I ask the product to be delivered on a particular day (Sunday)?
You can request the product to be delivered on any particular date but this advantage can only be claimed on certain pin codes.
8. Do you have one-day delivery option?
One-day delivery is impossible as domestic shipments take atleast 2 - 7 days to transit. We can try our chances with local resellers, provided that they have the stocks readily available
9. How long does the delivery take?
Domestic shipments usually take 2 - 7 days to reach you. This is bound to vary based on the courier service that you choose. We will be able to provide you with an estimated date once on a decide your courier service. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days immediately after payment.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure that these shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
10. How much do you charge for delivery?
They are free of charge. You won't have to spend an extra penny to get your products delivered. We charge shipping charge for pillow alone.
11. Do I need to be at the home during the delivery?
You will be contacted by our delivery partner before they deliver your product. We need people to sign and accept the product.
12. Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
Yes, they can be. If you need to change your address, you can do it anytime before your product gets dispatched. To change your address call us or email us email@example.com
13. Do you deliver to my location?
We are equipped to deliver All Over India.
14. Do you provide a no-cost EMI?
We don't currently provide a no-cost EMI.
15. How to return the products after delivery?
You are eligible to return your product within 30 days from its purchase. If you exceed this limit, we won't be able to process your return request.
16. Who will pickup the returns?
Our logistics partner would pickup the returns from your doorstep.
17. How soon can you process my refund?
You will receive your refund once we find that the returned product is free from any signs of damage.
18. Can you tell more about warranty claims?
You can claim your warranty for the quality of the fabric & colour bleed.
19. How can I claim my warranty?
You can have your warranty claimed by calling or emailing our customer support team.
20. Will I get charged for returns on "1000 days warranty"?
No, you won't be charged any extra fee.when you claim your 1000-day Warranty.
21. What are the documents do I need while handing over the product during the return procedure? You have to hand over the Invoice and make sure that your product has proper packaging without any damages.
22.Can i return an item purchased online to stores?
No, you won't be able to return the products to a store if you made the purchase online.
23. What kind of quality checks do you have?
Cosee is an ISO Certified company which has 3 stage quality check process.
24.Can a gift message be included in my order?
Yes, you can add a gift message to your recipient, if informed at the time of booking the order.
25. Does Cosee offer gift wrapping?
Yes, when you book the order, you can request for a special gift wrapping.
26. How to order customised/custom-sized products?
Minimum Order Quantity is a strict-requirement if you were to request customisations. You can call our customer support/sales team +91 44 4853 7667 and they will assist you with the process.
27. What if my products get delivered in a bad condition?
If you find your parcel is damaged during shipment, please reject the parcel from the courier service and get in touch with our customer service. If you weren't physically present during the delivery, please contact our customer service +91 44 4853 7667 to know how to proceed.
28. When will you start processing my refund?
Your refund or replacement will get processed as soon as the courier service completes their investigation into the claim.
29. What is your delivery process? Will someone call us before sending the delivery?
Yes. You will receive a personal call from our delivery partner before they attempt to deliver the product.
30. Will the delivery come through the company or through a distributor ?
As we don't have any distributors working for us at the moment, your delivery will be processed directly by the company.
31. Do you have festival discounts?
Not just festival discounts but we also have combo packs that you can try in order to pass on the benefits to your consumers. They also come with special packing.
