At COSEE, we stand by the quality of our mattresses with dedicated warranty coverage based on the product series:

✅ Coverage Includes:
- Manufacturing defects in the mattress core or structure
- Significant sagging (beyond 1″ for <5″ thick, or 1.5″ for thicker mattresses)
- Defects in stitching, foam, or padding
❌ Not Covered:
- General wear and tear or fabric damage
- Comfort/firmness preferences
- Improper cot usage or foundation issues
- Stains or damage post-unpacking (unless reported within 2 days)
- Misuse, ironing, or environmental damage

📉 Prorated Warranty (Applicable from Year 2 Onward for 5+ Year Warranties):
For models with warranty durations 5 years or more, a prorated refund or replacement policy applies:
How it works:
- In the first year, full replacement or repair is offered for covered defects.
- From year 2 onward, the customer will bear part of the cost as per the formula:
Customer Responsibility = (Number of Years Used ÷ Total Warranty Years) × MRP
