At COSEE, we stand by the quality of our mattresses with dedicated warranty coverage based on the product series:

✅ Coverage Includes:

• Manufacturing defects in the mattress core or structure
• Significant sagging (beyond 1″ for <5″ thick, or 1.5″ for thicker mattresses)
• Defects in stitching, foam, or padding

❌ Not Covered:

• General wear and tear or fabric damage
• Comfort/firmness preferences
• Improper cot usage or foundation issues
• Stains or damage post-unpacking (unless reported within 2 days)
• Misuse, ironing, or environmental damage

📉 Prorated Warranty (Applicable from Year 2 Onward for 5+ Year Warranties):

For models with warranty durations 5 years or more, a prorated refund or replacement policy applies:

How it works:

• In the first year, full replacement or repair is offered for covered defects.
• From year 2 onward, the customer will bear part of the cost as per the formula:

Customer Responsibility = (Number of Years Used ÷ Total Warranty Years) × MRP
